秋風起,早晚已有一點點涼意。感覺到空氣亦開始乾燥。將我平常做的豆漿加點變化,加入了喜愛的杏仁,更滋潤!
杏仁在中醫學是止咳潤肺的良藥,而且根據中醫的理論,秋天是屬於五行中「金」的季節,所以這個時候最好吃屬「金」的食物,例如杏仁、淮山、牛蒡等。

而且杏仁含豐富維他命E,鈣和多種礦物質,很有益!但每次不要吃太多,杏仁有輕微的毒性,一次吃太多身體會分解不了。

把預先浸好的有機黑豆(平常做豆漿份量,一個豆漿機量杯),再加小半杯有機南北杏,南杏北杏比例是7比3,全部加入豆漿機按正常豆漿程序進行便成。

這次的豆渣 Okara,留了起來做甜品-朱古力 brownie,還有一點點改進的地方,詳情下次分享!

Almond is a good remedy for cough and respiratory problem in Chinese medicine. Autumn has always been a time when respiratory system is weaker. This time I added almond into my regular black soybean milk, for I love the taste of almond, and to boost my hubby's and my respiratory system in this season!

1/2 cup organic black soybean, soaked overnight
1/4 mixed organic bitter and sweet almond (ratio of bitter and sweet: 3 to 7)
And then follow the instruction of soy milk maker.

The soy residue (Okara for Japanese) was used to make chocolate brownie, and will share more later for more refined result :)
