由後花園到餐碟上~簡易香草意粉 from secret garden to dining plate: simple pesto pasta

培植了一個月的香草花園有成果了,前幾天見停了雨,羅勒及薄荷都越長越大,是時候修剪一下!

隨心摘了數株羅勒及少許薄荷,沖洗一下泥,用鹽水浸一下,就可以做意粉醬了.

二人份量的意粉醬:
約半杯羅勒及薄荷葉(傳統只用羅勒葉,因天氣熱所以自己加了薄荷降一降溫)
1片蒜頭,切碎
2大湯匙橄欖油
2大湯匙磨碎 feta 芝士(本來多數人用 Parmesan cheese,feta cheese 是就地取材,味道比 Parmesan 會鹹一些)

以上材料全部放入攪拌機攪勻,跟意粉包裝上的指示煮到 al dente 後,加入香草醬拌勻.

The basil and mint in my secret garden is growing so big and healthy now, it's time to do some trimming (and make them onto my dining plate!)

pesto sauce for 2 persons:
1/2 cup basil and mint leaves, washed and soaked in sea salt briefly
1 glove crushed garlic
2 tablespoon olive oil
2 tablespoon grated feta cheese ( I used it simply because I have them in the fridge. The sauce tastes a bit more salty than Parmesan cheese)
